The Company: bigtruck brand, Inc. The Position: Senior Embroidery Specialist Location: Truckee, CA. Pioneer Center
Responsibilities: Embroidery Machine Operator and Digitizer with limited general production line duties.
Schedule: M-F with limited split shifts and weekend events.
Pay Rate: $13.50 for first 30-days (probationary period). Compensation after successfully completing probationary period up to $20 per hour DOE with benefits after 3 months.
Who We Are Looking For: Hard working self starter with extensive experience working on fast paced and very “attention to detail” driven production teams. Someone who does not compromise on quality and seeks to improve process everyday. Someone who leads by example and raises the bar for any organization they are part of. Some who wants to be on the ground floor of building a global Brand.
Requirements: - Is inspired by bigtruck’s Brand message, values and products.
- Is a critical and creative thinker who can assess and improve process and workflow to stay in front of increasing demand and most importantly take ownership for the results.
- 1-2 years experience operating and doing light maintenance on Industrial single and multi head embroidery machines.
- 1-2 years experience working with digitizing software. Building designs from the beginning as well as manipulating existing embroidery files.
- Experience with OS and Windows operating systems.
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Experience cutting and sewing fabrics a plus.
- Product or graphic design experience or experience working with Adobe illustrator a plus.
- Experience working for a Branded or private label manufacturer a plus. - High level of attention to detail is paramount. Quality is non negotiable. - Ability to work longer-hour days around project deadlines and during field production events. - Ability to work independently and efficiently with a great attitude while also working well as a part of a production team.
